Can you use the DAC in the HDX to convert the digital sound out from a sky box?

I think you can do this on the supernait dac but was'nt sure if you can on the HDX?

I think you will find the Supernait is a pre and power amp in one box with a digital input.
The HDX is a player think of it like a cdp.
SO you cant use it like a preamp and plug your SKY/Freview/CDP/ boxes into it.
I might be wrong here though.
