just been having a look at the naim net website and have a couple of questions about the NNP02 room amplifier.
1. are the amplifiers used in this unit the same as the dedicated audio such as the nait 5i / NAP150 ect? 2. can the room amplifiers be used without a media server, ie, only fed from a sonos ect. 3. what is the list price on the unit? Stuart. |

1. Amp circuit + power supply is a switching design, i.e., not NAIT5i or NAP150x–but sounds quite amazing, and works well with n-SATs
2. No control is provided for Sonos, but every room amplifier can offer up local sources. (Still, the NaimNet servers are better by a country mile.) |

fantastic,
the idea would be to use on of the units in my main room fed from a blueray player and when funds allow add the music server and other rooms. does anybody in this land offer up a unit on loan? also does the £1300 list price still stand? so would you say it stands audio quality wise against the n-vi? |
