Sadly, the event was poorly attended.  The hall must hold about 200 and it was less than half full.  Steve was on good form and played some new tunes and a selection of his back catalogue.  The sound was pretty good although there was a problem with some of his bass notes exciting a resonance in one of the speakers.  The 'encore' was a vigorous version of The Clap.  Inevitable I suppose, but none the worse for that.  I would be interested in what Paul thought.  Steve is no Jon Anderson and should definitely leave the vocals to someone else!  Overall, fabulous guitar playing throughout in a very sympathetic venue with good acoustics.  Thoroughly enjoyable.  Two hours well spent.
