My current unitiserve (the one it replaced was the same) loses a network connection about once a day, often overnight. A reboot of the US is the only solution.
I become aware of this because the iPhone/iPad/n-serve app won't connect to the US and I can't, for example, edit metadata or rip cds.
However I can still access the US downloads folder from my MacBook and add files.
I can also play from the US into a Mu-so using the Mu-so app which does recognise the US. Very odd.
Set-up is router (wireless off) - Airport Extreme (wireless on) - switch - US/Mu-so.
