Remastered Yes on vinyl

I recently acquired Fragile (an Analogue Productions pressing) mail order. For those of you that haven't heard it, this is an amazing version of this album. The audio and pressing quality is beyond reproach and it sounds amazing.
On the strength of that experience, on Saturday I bought Relayer and Topographic Oceans both released on Friday Music and 'Mastered from the original analogue tapes' (I think you know where this is going). Bloody dreadful; shut in, shrill and compressed sounding. This is the only part of buying vinyl that I dislike. When you get a great one (remaster) it can sound amazing. But poor ones are just a total waste of money and your average record store doesn't really give a monkeys.
So my question is; aside for Analogue Productions (whose other albums are also very good) what other labels take above average care when handling the release of older material?
