Can't Access my uniti via nstream iPad app

Hope someone can help out here. I recently downloaded this app and am unable to connect to my uniti, even though the app does identify my uniti. Reading a few forum posts there is a mix of info around updating firmware and hardware but it's not completely clear if this is the case and if so can I do this myself, do I need to take it to a dealer or ship it back to naim factory? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need version 3 of the firmware - although you may as well wait a bit longer for the next version and the new streaming boards. Tog

Thanks TOG any eta on new firmware version? So from your answer will that be DIY or return to dealer / factory? Also your reference to 'boards' are you suggesting a hardware upgrade too?

Supposed to be pre-Dec boards/firmware should be dealer - the V3 firmware should be available at your dealer now if you can't wait.
