Bloody Amazon says mine won't be sent until 7th.  

Got the Immersion box yesterday, still awaiting the vinyl from Amazon however - if it's as impressive as the DSOTM vinyl, it'll be a corker.

Anyone got any reports yet?

That is the release date for the vinyl album.

Shops might already have stock though.

Just got email saying my WYWH vinyl has been dispatched, helpful man in HMV basically said they had the CDs but they won't be on the shelf until Monday.

Not sure what happened to HMV we were browsing for about 10-15 minutes and had at least 5 people come ask if we needed help. I did ask if they had all had their customer care courses, of course it may have been Help the Aged week.

Pre-ordered mine from amazon when i pre-ordered DSOTM and The Wall for Feb release along with the Peter Gabriel box set.

Didnt want to risk bent album cover corners.

I used the Amazon supersaver which are sent out 2nd class post so expect delivery sometime mid-week.

Those who paid the Amazon postal fee should receive them via 1st Class post on Monday.

The English one is the best though imo as its more ZAPPA like than the German speaking copy.

More about the sound when I am home...LOL

Mine arrived this morning but will have to go back as it's scratched. There were a lot of little bits of sharp vinyl swarf on the disc, i expect that caused the damaged while it was being shaken around during transit. Having an inner sleeve made of card won't help either....

The sound is absolutely FANTASTIC!

I think I'm going to have to send mine back - it's missing the poster and download code...

What a joke, I called into HMV in Peterborough. I knew I was going to be dissapointed when I stood at the desk and asked if they had WYWH on vinyl and the assistant replied "vinyl" in that WTF tone of voice.

I left dissapointed!

My local HMV had Florence and Coldplay on vinyl, the first time I've seen it in store here, shame I didn't wont either.

Not around hear it's all clothes shops.

Our last independent record shop closed about 10 years ago.

I know it ain't too far to Brighton or Guildford or even Camberley.

Not great for spontaneous purchases though?

Nearest independant for me is the centre of Birmingham or Leicester which just isn't possible on a working day.
