UnitiQute vs. ND5XS: anyone does this comparison?

Trying to decide between going in for an auidtion for either one of these products. Will be going in into a flatcapped NaitXS.

Anyone compare these at all? How good is the Dac in one vs. the other?

I traded my one month qute for the ND5 XS. I have run both with a NaitXS.

The improvement was more than noticeable. The Dac in ND5 is definitely superior.

The only question is whether you can afford ND5. Perfect match for NaitXS.

Another important thing i forgot to mention, is that when connecting qute with naitXS you're actually bypassing the fine preamp section of XS, using XS only as a power amp. So Flatcap gets out of the way too.

I think that's a pity!

I guess UQ + nap200 is more comparable to the XS combo.

I was thinking of this combination for a sometime-in-the-future upgrade. The UQ functions as the preamp, I presume?

Could you give a few words to describe the change in sound quality?
