ND5 XS "pops" when changing bitrate

Ok, when changing from standard flacs to hi def flacs (or other way around) always makes my ND5 XS pop rather loud.

Is this normal?

Normal or not, I would say it is unacceptable. I am guessing a trip back to the dealer is in order.

Any chance you can try a different server?
