USB flash memory sticks/ND5 XS

Does the USB slot in the ND5 support the higher speed data transfer from USB 3.0 flash cards for 24/192 files? Or are fast USB 2.0 cards the best it can handle?
And does anyone have recommendations on the best USB sticks to use?

PAJP, I do not think the ND5 XS support USB 3 and I do not think you would benefit from having USB 3 support either (besides shorter transfer times to the USB memory)
I have tried Sandisk Micro Blade with my ND5 XS, it works very good with hi-res files.
I have tried different USB sticks and I had mixed results with Verbatim. For example my Verbatim USB Micro did not work correctly in my cars, Jaguar XF (B&W) and my wifes LR Disco 4 (Harman Kardon Logic7), but the Sandisk worked perfectly.
IMHO, if the USB interface works correctly between the USB memory and unit there will be no difference in SQ. But I have been wrong before...
