Are these available for purchase now?

Anyone know the price versus the standard version?

UK SRPs are

UnitiQute 24/96 : £1425

UnitiQute 24/192 : £1600

NaimUniti 24/96 : £2495

NaimUniti 24/192 : £2670

Received a new 24/192 Uniti for demo recently, so assuming that the 24/192 Qutes are also available from HQ.

24/192 upgrade kits are soon to arrive at the dealers (i.e. for earlier NDX, Uniti & Qute models). Richard's post linked to above explains the differences relating to these upgrades.

Hope this helps.

I have a UnitiQute and want to upgrade to the ALAC and 24/192 capability. Sadly, I am in the US and there is next to no info available, other than I shouldn't expect anything in terms of an upgrade for a month or two at least.

Naim Audio Canada Facebook page is mentioning that upgrades should be free for first owners and available early Jan. I guess there is good chance that situation will be similar for my US neighbors. https://www.facebook.com/NaimAudioCanada

Free for NDX. Not free for Uniti and Qute.

So that e-mail I got from Hi-Fi-Con that UQ owners could upgrade to SuperUniti as a free Christmas present from Naim was a hoax after all

There was only one available. I already claimed it. Sorry.

Yeah, how are you coming along on running it in for me?

We have decided to upgrade all NDX for free in Canada, other distributors may decide otherwise (Naim is doing it only for unit sold after July 1st).

Details for Canadian customers are now available on our Facebook page.

Has anyone outside the UK gotten an upgrade for the UnitiQute, There is little to no information for the US and I am now hearing it could be over $400 and maybe closer to $500 installed. My threshold of pain on this is in the $350-400 range. I'm still thinking about selling my Qute, getting a NAC/PSU instead, and putting off streaming and digital to another time.

I'm not expecting to hear the details of the board upgrade process in the US until after CES. My UnitiQute was upgraded for software this past weekend and in addition to the clock I can now listen to Linn Jazz/Classical without dropout. This morning I listened to Linn Jazz through my nSats and it sounded great. What a super little device.

I am interested in 24/192 and ALAC support. I'll never use the clock. I don't really even need any of the digital features; thus, my consideration of replacing it with an analog preamp.

My, the editor for this forum really sux on the iPad more than it does with a desktop browser.

Well, I got some more definitive info today. The upgrade is $400 plus the cost of shipping to Sound Org. It is expected to be available by late February.
