Could anyone kindly suggest a solution to this problem. The hex has decided after coming out of shutdown that it will not play any stored CDs-after pressing play the screen shows loading and then returns to the home screen.the system shows the CDs are stored on the hard disc.Thank you for any help & hopefully a festive end of year to all!

Stupid question: did you already tried to shutdown and restart the HDX?
If this doe'sn't solve your problem, I'm afraid that something is really wrong and you better contact your dealer or Naim directly...

Yes tried that but no solution but then I noted that one of the Ethernet over the mains plug in modules was not powered up despite being plugged into the mains supply so I plugged it into another socket and it switched on and hey presto the hdx was back to working normally & playing stored CDs & radio!Many thanks for your reply,
