Bit Perfect problem.

Since I have borrowed and fitted a Terralink X2, I get no music with Bitperfect enabled. I was working but I guess something has changed but I can't see what that might be.

It doesn't seem to matter at what bit rate or depth the settings are if BP is enabled no sound.

Any ideas chaps?

Is it using the right output, you can check this from the audiomidi set up.

i.e. if the teralink is usb and the bitperfect believes its using optical out.

Sorry I have not used bitperfect so do not know its workings, but certainly other ones I have played with required you to specify its output.

Thanks Garyi,

I had checked the Midi settings , not the Terralink settings , which had changed.

I suspect a Mac shut down may have altered settings.

I check next time I give the Mac a rest.
