Fault 28 - anyone know how to overcome this issue

My NDX has stopped working and is showing Fault 28. Can this be fixed by the user?

 

Can the NDX be factory reset with a button being pressed at the same time as using the off / on switch?

Switch it off and on. If problem persists, call your dealer.

Hi Manu, thank you. That was the first thing I did. Since my dealer knows less about the NDX than I do, I tried Naim but support was not in today.

 

I posted in the hope someone had experienced a simllar issue and that there was a quick fix available on a Sunday afternoon. As there is nothing on the net in general and no response to this post, it looks as if it might be an uncommon fault.

 

I'll keep you posted once I hear from Naim.

Just for closure. I spoke to Naim today and I have been advised to return the NDX for repair at the factory.
