Suspended sentance?!?!

I'm ordinarily all for alternate forms of 'punishment' as opposed to only locking 'em up when appropriate, however...

Although clearly I don't know all the facts, so I guess some how circumstances could be mitigating?

A split second later (or earlier) and he would have been thrown between the carriages. Should have been attempted murder at the very least.
