Quality Music Downloads

I've already ripped my entire CD collection (FLAC) using dBpoweramp and have also downloaded some 24/192 material.- which are all stored on my NAS
I'm not interested in the 'lossy' MP3 material available for download from iTunes and Spotify etc.
I wondered where I can purchase CD quality downloads (16bit/44.1khz) rather than having to buy the CD and immediately rip it 
The difficulty lies with sites where you have to register to make a purchase - but do not allow a UK address to be used for registration/purchase puposes
