Those of you that have a real fire in your listening rooms any chance of some nice pictures to warm us all up of your kit with lights down low and what music is playing?

Gas fired lava rock "coal" here.

What a romantic...no fireplace here...just the music.

So cold here that I started a fire earlier. No pictures - no link to my photobucket account on the new computer!

Trouble is that it is rubbish wood, so I have the one window ajar in the kitchen to make the chimney draw better! Warm to look at but not really warming the house ...

Bed soon and let the continental quilt do its job!

Toasty warm in here. Didn't really need to light the fire but quite like it every now and then. Listening to Leonard (on CD)

Howard,

Come on show us a picture.

A no mess real fire still looks good.

I have never seen yours alight and bet it looks nice in your room with the SL2s giving you nice sounds.

I dont mean to be picky man? but why does your top box look like its being pulled off to the right of your Fraim? to make the cable fit?????

I have not had any Morgans Spiced Cubans so its not my eyes playing tricks?

Hi Stu,

Cheers for the "heads up"

I think it's the camera angle. The cable looking like it's "tugging" is the NDAC Powerline. From my position it looks ok. NDAC looks level, hang on I will "stick" a spirit (Capain Morgan level) on it!!!!

Jason is coming out at some point, I will bring it to his attention.Suffice to say, it does sound "tremendous"!

Hope your 7 year old gets better. Children do bounce back very quick. Better/quicker than me....oo me ol bones!!

As well, I'm in the South l...and darn it's cold. Glad your there Stu. Love what you bring to this forum. Keep up the good work...and keep extending my musical collection......luv it!!

Actually, just had another look. Loads of cable length available. Just moved it so it does not look like it 's "pulling". I suspect, it's to keep powerline away from Hi Line etc.

Sure am enjoying this thread with all the lovely fireplace pictures.

Count d . . . .  WoW!  The fireplace alone must hold many stories.  Wonder what treasures abound the rest of the Count d Castle!

Thank heavens I have successfully posted a image!! - although a little small, not solved that pesky little prob yet! - will appreciate any pointers please  The previously pic was today's fire, started early afternoon and still glowing. Another view of the room - fire and system. G
