For those who don't 'get' the sport of Rowing.

This (and later the Men's Event) is a time trial for VIIIs along the Boat Race Course rowed 'backwards' - 20(+) minutes of hell - with several hundred entries in the various classes.  Thames Rowing Club girls won the top class, achieving the 'Head Pennant' - fantastic!

And anyone who thinks all a cox does in shout 'in out' watch and see how mistaken that is!
