myradio.naimaudio.com device mgt?

I traded in my UNitiQute for a ND5 XS. I registered the ND5 at myradio.naimaudio.com, but it still has my Qute registered as well. Everytime I log in I have to pick which device I want to login for, and it only gives me the MAC addresses to pick from.

How can I remove the Qute so I don't have to deal with that anymore?
