I shall be moving and things will be disrupted for a while after Easter - more the end of April, but things get tied up a bit after Easter with some social engagement and then packing.
Would you care to come over to Saint Johns, WR2 for a session with the ESL 57s, which are now totally magnificent, and seeing your picture in the Hifi Corner of your Kans, they would make a for a tremendous contrast? Say over the long weekend of Easter?
Obviously you would need to bring some music of your own liking as I doubt if you would be bound to enjoy a whole selection of my favourites! The ESLs refuse to conform to the received wisdom of they being either lightweight or boogie-free speakers ... given music that does!
Let me know here what you think, because it is years since we last met in [the then] Audio Excellence in Worcester and chewed the cud on matter of music reproduction!

I was, but plans are plans!
As with all human efforts, there may be flaws.
But within a few weeks I assume I can once again make a good music reproduction set-up in a different space! It is smaller, but with quite a possibility ...
I believe in keeping things clear and as simple as possible ...
However what is going on here is rather fine for the short while in terms of music ...

I would love to visit over Easter if possible. I have been working up north 4 days a week since before Christmas and so need to spend some with the family.

I remember the evening in Worcester. Jason Gould was demoing the then new HDX. How time flies!
