I use the UnitiQute and get a message.
it show on the UnitiQute.

I can use it now.

Somebody more knowledgeable will be along soon, but I think it is an error on your DAB radio chip - if you have switched it off, waited a while, and the switched it back on and the error persists then you need to contact your dealer or Naim.
There may be a reset sequence to solve this, but it needs somebody from Naim to comment. You could e-mail support@naimaudio.com

Hello IR and welcome.
You can switch the unit off leave it a minute or two and switch back on, this should clear any minor issues.
Or you can enter the Factory Settings Menu (press the spanner symbol on remote) and navigate to the Factory Settings Menu (4.10) and reset ALL settings for a full reset.
If you have not yet found it, there is a Reference Manual that you can download from the Naim website here.Manual Download.
This is a fuller version of the one packed with the Qute. Look for the ALL-IN-ONE Player dropdown and select the manual you need.

I'm sorry, did not realised the screen was showing this message permanently.
I don't think there is anything you will be able to do without support from Naim or your dealer, Most likely Naim I would think.
Hopefully, technical support will respond to your email shortly. Sorry cannot help further.
