Congratulations
You are about to begin a new life of pleasure & pride.
Grandchildren are the tops, you now have full permission to spoil them rotten & take no notice (well maybe a little) of the wishes of the parents.
Our 12 & 8 year old terrorists are just a joy, we get hours of fun & laughter when they come to play (stay) but it is so-o-o nice when they leave - peace & the house is ours again.

Nice to see she was born non-metric
8 pounds & 20 inches

I would think the technique of changing nappies would come back quick like riding a bike.

Have fun as she grows up

Congratulations Steve

I just had my eighth grandchild a few days ago. The magic is just as strong as with the first.

My advice is to enjoy the moment, it doesn't last long. I can remember waking up in a sweat when my twin daughters were six. I had dreamt they had grown up and were gone. I was so upset I went into their room, woke them up, and gave them a hug.

That was 33 years ago..... Now my first granddaughter is 15 years old.   It has gone by fast but it has been an adventure I wouldn't trade for anything

Have fun....
