Posting kit

Hi,

I'm trying to send my NAP250 back to Naim,
but I can't find a decent postal service.
Parcelforce won't even except it because at 12 kilos it is 2 over their limit if you need the £2500 insurance cover.
The normal mail is no good as they only cover you for for £500 and DHL want £107!!

Does anyone know of a more reasonable alternative?

Regards,
Andy.

Good idea Alex, I'll give them a try.

I wouldn't mind visiting the factory but I don't have a spare half day at the moment.

So is there no delivery options between £107 and nothing? That speaks volumes about the quality of our postal service!

Try Amtrak. Didn't check insurance but next day delivery is less than £15 for 12kg.

Hi,

If its any use to anyone, I managed to send the 250 via Citylink who provided door to door, next day delivery for the very reasonable price of £15 and they provide insurance up to £15000.

Considering the other options I am quite satisfied with the service they provide.

Andy.
