Kan dimensions

Can anyone tell me the height of a Kan on top of its dedicated stand? Its something I've considered buying and I'm thinking about placemaent options. Also, are all Kans the same size and is there any quoted distance from a surface above the speaker? I'm looking at an alcove placement, but with a shelf above in the same alcove.
