Naim Series 5 FM Tuner or Linn Tuner? and Tuner positioning in my rack?

!) Which is better Naim series 5 Tuner or Linn Tuner? The new Linn tuner is about $300 cheaper. Is it worth the extra for the Naim series 5 tuner?

2) Can I stack the Series 5 tuner or the Linn tuner on top of my Naim CD 5 CDP?

Jay,

1) Yes, there is no doubt the Naim tuner is better...Naim tuners usually outperform other models at twice the price.

2) No, don't place the tuner on your CD Player. Each component should have its own shelf. The power supply in the NAT05 will degrade the CD players performance if placed on top.
