I just found this and it took me right back to "A Midsummer Night's Tube" broadcast in 1983 at which time I quite liked U2 but when I saw The Tube with this show, I was blown away!
However, I went off them after "War" anyway but this is still an awesome live show!
u2 Live at Red Rocks - "Under a Blood Red Sky"

Neil Diamond - The Jazz Singer.
Some great music on this dvd, even though the story line follows a "Well Worn Path"?
A newspaper freebie.

Lately, two lovely things: James Taylor's >One man band<, and Niels Landgren's >Christmas with my friends<, perhaps the best Christmas related live concert I've seen. I warmly suggest both to anyone missing!

First thing to say is that i got this DVDs box in the trains station news stand/souvenirs/cheap stuff shop in town: life is still a mistery.
Second this is an amazin' series of documetaries and a huge collection of black and white pieces and these-days-interviews to some of the most famous players like Van Morrison, John Mayall, Steve Winwood, Eric Clapton, Lonnie Donegan, Jeff Beck, BB King and so many i can't remember.
Very high quality music work with a lot of live tracks filmed without strange special effects but with the direct rendition of people playin' the blues just like they're doing it in their sitting room.
I do violence to myself and say: if you like the genre just get it.
No regrets.

I often listen to music with (usually) totally unrelated visuals playing. Currently listening to Jack Johnson whilst playing Sweeney Todd on the TV. Anybody else do this?

TV is usually on while I listen to music. Usually sports (preferably golf or tennis) and I rarely care to know what the commentators are saying.

No, you're not getting old. Apart from the music, that film pretty much $u(k$ @r$e.
