Positioning of MF5s

The title says it all.

Does anyone have any suggestions, insights or thoughts?

I must admit that on demo at the dealer there was substantial resonance at times which we put down to the quality of their room. Still, it sounded pretty bad and the "bad room" is always a convenient excuse. Any comments etc?

Keep playing arround with the positioning until they sound right to you!

My Neats are about 6 foot apart, abaout 15 inches from the rear wall amd about a foot in from the side walls. They are toed in by about 30 degrees and the rear spike is about an inch higher than the front spike. This is to encourage the supertweeters on the top of the speaker to fire forward.

This works in my room but may not work in yours. It took many evenings of fine tunning to find their current positioning, its not an easy task.
