If I was to be hit by a bus lunchtime, the last two albums I would have heard would have been Dark Side of The Moon, and Ummagumma. Over the two or three months or so I have purchased Ummagumma ( vinyl - Grantchester Meadows is stunning ) ), WYWH ( First press, niiiice! ), Obscured by Clouds
I love the Mighty Floyd.
Thanks for the updates - keep 'em coming.
Regards
Mike

For once Mike was not being sarcastic.
He goes all dewy eyed when he plays his 30th anniversary edition of Dark Side of the Moon.

Mike, and you haven't mentioned Animals?
You deserve to be hit by a bus.
WYWH, get the 1/2 speed Mastersound pressing if you want to hear it at it's best.

Thanks for the tip reg the 1/2 speed mastersound: any ideas where I can get hold of a copy? BTW, the first press I picked up is pretty good: I am also about to take delivery of Mr. Masons' "Fictitious Sports"

I bought 5 copies all sealed on different occasions from Ebay, to see what the best stamper number was. So I'd suggest Ebay.
It was one of the few Mastersounds that they actually got right.
I've also got a sealed Mastersound WYWH gold CD, but never been able to play it as I don't have a CD player.
My craziest purchase was a sealed MFSL The Wall CD, in long box, for $250 (and that was cheap) and never played it.
