Is Robert Kilroy Silk "on something"?

Did anyone listen to RKS on Jeremy Vine's Radio 2 programme on Wednesday? He comes across as being rather unhinged, and he needs speech therapy to stop him sounding pissed.

Shame he's so barmy, I want to pull out of the EU too...!

Not sure, but I find him highly reminescent of David Icke.

Whilst DI was certainly 'value for money', I felt only embarrassment in watching his public humiliation and descent.

However, I suspect I might rather enjoy following the career of RKS from here on!

Ahhhh, that could be it!

He gets right on my tits to be honest, withdrawal from the EU is something worthy of political striving... pity he's such a headcase. His cause is a noble one.

He's been on one of those for several decades.

It seems, in retrospect, that Labour have got a lot to thank the Militant Tendency for. Had it not been for them, Blair might be saddled with him even now!

RKS get in power? I hardly think that's likely.
You'll be suggesting that Arnie will be running in politics next. Big Grin

The thing is, Rasher, he believes it. It looks like he will be going up against (the very unpopular) Geoff Hoon in tthe General Election, and there are enough nutters out there swayed by Kilroy's tan/suave good looks/absurd claims on "the truth"/fame to give him a reasonable chance. He'll never amount to much but has the capacity to cause upsets.
