Being a good Chartered Surveyor, when the law changes and the seller is required to provide the survey on the property they are selling, so the most successful surveyors are the ones with the worst reputation and miss everything Big Grin

this theory was also tested but the route of escape was drastically reduced as the aircraft descended. SPLAT as you say.
