Why is the Padded Cell apparently being deliberately & subtly scuppered?

I thought Berlin was ahead rather than behind.

Thanks Dutch Geoff, I should have been clearer (as with a full explanantion and quotes fopr all of our members with every posting). No but seriously, I did take Deanne's thread into account, as well as Adam's inside comments, but still find it the case (instinct) irresspective of the other possibilities/ explanations. For what it's worth those that may have put money on Fritz ever jouining rthe pink Forum, you're stake is foreever lost, innit.
