She was or will be here (in Denver) soon. THe ads are comical -- "I'd love to have you join me in a fantasy journey of magic and delight," or some such nonsense. She looks like she might topple over under the weight of her mascara. I think for a 'donation' to PBS of only $2000 you could get you picture taken with her at the concert.

Sorry, Mick not my cup of tea at all.

Ahh... just checked it was last week. Interestingly there was some to-do because PBS pulled "Brightman's Middle Eastern-tinged material from a recent televised special" because of the war in Iraq.

That's a highly flattering photo of her. I recall that the poor girl had dreadful teeth and being married to Lloyd-Webber aka "The-World's-Ugliest-Man" left its mark.

I always think of her as the female equivalent of David Essex.
