CD3 Power supply

Is this a very dumb question or is it possible to add an external power supply to my CD3?

Just like your teachers said in school, there are no dumb questions. Anyways...

Your CD3 cannot be upgraded with a power supply unless it is a CD3.5. Check your manual etc.

A company, which must remain naimless in these hallowed pages can offer you a separate p/s upgrade for your CD3.

Wild claims are made for turning the said modified CDP into the Murphydog's Bollocks!

There may be some here, who have had the job done and wish to post?

This 'mod' is not sanctioned by Naim, and will obviously invalidate any warranty or their future interest in the machine.
