Rainbow Records ripped me off!

Hi there. Does anyone have a contact telephone number for a shop (I think) called Rainbow Records somewhere in mid Wales (Powys I think, but I could be wrong...). They also run regular record fairs in Ludlow (Shropshire) and, possibly, in other towns...?

I've searched everywhere and can't find any contact details at all.

I sent them payment for a CD and they never sent it. I'd just like to speak to them and ask them why...!

Any clues?
