AG is MIA for a while it sounds, but if I get a headset I'll let you know. I've been wanting to try Skype for a while myself.

Ooh, I fancy testing skype CE on my iPAQ.

I've tried it across town and it works a treat. If someone in the UK wants to sign up (it _is_ free), I'd really like to see how it works long distance -- just send me a PT.

I called home from my PDA yesterday using the PDAs internal mic and my headphones. A bit laggy, but clear enough. Has anyone tried the SkypeOut service?

Presumably you can only call other skype users?

Not having any luck keeps saying recording problem?

I've used it on my PC for a while, works very well transatlantic.

Ok sorted.

If anyone is having trouble in OSX you may well have USB Harmon Kardon Speakers.

If so you need to direct the output via something else, (I used my hifi) and it works just fine.
