As of today, 06/05/2004, there were still stalls and first balcony seats availbale for the Paris show.

Je ne veux pas go all the way to Paris ... Does anyone know where else Holland will be touring? His website itinerary only lists dates up until last week.

Paolo, if you do a search (either on his name or by album name) you'll find many mentions of the Brian Blade Fellowship. I really dig his work, but especially Perceptual, which I can't get enough of. Love that album.
