I've just finished watching "Red Corner" 1997 for the first time with Dicky Gere & Zhou Bai Ling, and bloody good it was too, now a bit of "The Firm" with GEne & Tom, Yes definately a legal feel to tonights viewing, with aslöl due respect Deanne some of your own legal gobbledy gook wouldn't go amiss in them, I refer to recent answers "Esoteric, to my tiny brain at least' nothing personal m,ate, love the show, catch yer later, and yes I know some of my own posts may seem very contradictory to you (amongst others) but they're all quite kosher believe me.
Fritz Von It's a bloody disgrace that british soccer clubs can put all foreign teams out on the field Don't take me out of context anybody please.

If you've never seen it, or like me have done more than once please try to watch "Short Cuts" By Robert Altman USA 1993, I feel it's an excellent study of human nature and is still very pertinent for today's young audiences.

Damn right, but if you want the kids to watch it, it'll need to be released on DVD, innit.
I don't think you're talking to yourself, by the way.

Should Britain (like most normal countries) as well as having a financial year from Jan - Dec, adopt easily accessed seperate 'transparent' audite for 'NHS' 'Eductaion' 'Welfare' Defence' etc, etc, instead of the present mixed bag of
fairy tales, and PFI funded gobbledy-Gook ?
Fritz Von As the 'NEWS' is plural shouldn't it be introdúced as such ?

The latest gutter news ridiculously blame Michael Jackson for the death of an old lady last week ( the news has been spread), Having always personally had the impression that he's innocent of all of these 'charges', I find that the recently announced Jury to be overseeing his trial slightly strange (7 whites, 4 Hispanics, and 1 Asian), if I were he, I may well be heard to utter "Is it cos I is Black ?"
Fritz Von Being a great Mike Leigh fan I was going to see 'Vera Drake' tonight, but due to a very tickly cough I cannie; though I hopefully can go ammorra instead, innit ?

My good friends lovely little fox terrier was operated upon today successfully here in Berlin by a renouned vet, the silly moo only tried to give him her health chip-card for payment afterwards (nice try though ) cost a fair €350 + bickies. She lives for 9 months of the year in Spain, so needs to return here for 'Luna' and herself to get sorted properly (check it out Mick, maybe you should live in Germany too ? think of what you could learn about efficiency and 'fair social justice' , plus you'd be able to work until 70 instead of lazing about on internet forums talking as much rubbish as me, innit.

I'm suprised nobody else has commented on the above-mentioned robbery, It's either beacuse you get your up to date news later than me, or there's jealousy afoot that somebody can afford some brand new Naim gear ?

Sorry don't know anything about the gem hoist but my mate just back from The States caught a cold in one of the blizzards and reckoned he'd been ripped off. $140 to see a doc and $120 for the medicine. Hope he had a paid up credit card.

His other complaint was that in New Orleans he heard everything but the Blues. Very disappointed he was. In fact I don't believe any aussie has a good report from there. Hard to please perhaps??

Fritz, this is obviously a football thread now.
Looks like Spurs have turned the corner and will now go on to win the Cup. Glory days are here again.
Will the chip be off the old Fritz block. If it is think of all the games you'll see for free.

I considered that dole centres in UK are known as the unemployment offices and here in Germany as employment offices, Jesus Christ was a Palestinian Jew, and the German Democratic Republic was as undemocratically communist as they come, Hitler was a foreigner, and Britain's old Anti-Terrorism Act had been replaced by the new Terrorism Act, makes yer wonder sometimes, dunnit ?

This being the True Truths 2 thread as the first one is apparently padlocked tightly in the cellar somewhere, and possibly having a traitor within our midst doesn't make one paranoid automatically, and just beacause you aren't doesn't mean to say that they're not still after you, innit !
Having got well over my writing to impotent people stage in my early teens, to compensate for nobody understanding me
and to wind my father up when loud looking letters from the Gremlin etc, arrived to the knowledge of the whole neighbourhood (he didn't mind Buck House though )strangely enough. Well I'm in that mood again though this time to another resident of thre Whitewashhouse, (the last being tricky Dicky Millhouse long afore). Seriously though I thought a letter more likely to be answered than an e-mail, and wanted to pose the question "Why seemingly in American politics after an election the loser just dissapeares into oblivion ?" "True or True ?", where'as in other 'Democracies' they do their very best to be seen, and contradict the winner at every possible juncture, and quite rightly so too, innit !
Fritz Von there may well be some opinions given here, but that is different from an official Whitehouse comment I think (watch this space) or it'll more than likely just get ignored, and I'll return to my travel grand piano threads
