I saw her on Later last weekend. I am now absolutely certain that PJ & Iggy Pop are the same person.

Nuno,

Earlier today I had the pleasure of reading a thread from 2 years ago in which you were deciding what CD player to buy. It was the most fun I've had for ages, thank you very much for brightening my day!! Smile

And may I also say what an excellent choice you (finally Wink) made - I too have a CD5 and it is fantastic!

Now, back to the topic. I've only heard one or two songs of PJ Harvey's new material and wasn't that impressed. I did have some earlier stuff of hers from a few years back when she used to be good.

Regards,

JonR

If find PJ easier to appreciate than really like. In small doses she's great (I thought the later set well really good). But taking a whole album at once is a bit much for me, and I can rarely listen to a whole album at once.

Stories... is also rather poorly recorded.

Not true. She's Patti Smith's daughter.
