IE not refreshing

Can anyone tell me what I should do to get my IE so that it refreshes every time I go to previously viewed sites (this site incl.)- I have to manually refresh every time.
It has only been playing since I did the Microsoft updating mullarky.

IE not refreshing? Try a Gordons and Tonic.

Or ... go into your tools ... internet options In Temporary internet files ... settings ... then choose Automatically ... click OK ... off you go.
