Muchachos
Spending more time than I can justify using the firms' laptop to educate the masses and drone on about Hi Fi, the though occurs that Big Brother could be watching - spy software etc.
How would I be able to tell, apart from a shittogram arriving from IT?
Yours in dread...

Mike,
I'm no computer wizz kid as you may well be aware of, but I also thought that clearing the history etc. removed all stored infomation untill a friend who knows his way around computers showed me the hidden memory that stores infomation on all of the sites that have been visited and I don't think that infomation can be cleared I'm not sure if the email info is also stored, but best be aware that no email is secure. If they want to "the powers that be" can, and always have been able to retrieve all of your messages, they all have to go through several servers and each one ,I think hold the information for some time. This would obviously be a good place to start in that it would leave your own PC looking relatively clean. However, the problem is, if your network is being properly run, everything you've been up to will be logged centrally on a server anyway.
