Xmas present all-in-1 with record player!!

My girlfriends father wants a nice neat all in one hifi unit for his office, but he said it must have a CD, radio & record player. Now he's seen one in the radio times or something for around £150-200, and it looks like a useless retro wooden thing! I'm sure there must be someone out there who makes something more normal that will suit his ears better, but I'm having trouble finding anyone (Looked at Denon, Aiwa etc..) who makes anything with a record deck these days besides Bush!! I think upto say £300 would be fine, if possible..

Seven Oaks Hi-Fi have a selection of circa £100 TTs to go with the music center/stack systems. They have to have an AUX input of course.

Can't help with the answer I'm afraid, but my swine of a (none hifi owning) brother sent me that Radio Times ad suggesting it should be my next upgrade!!!

This may be over budget, but what about the Linn Classik CD/Receiver with a cheap turntable such as a NAD on a low shelf directly over it.

Cheers guys, I'll give her the options and let her make the choice. If I have anything to do with it I'll go over budget by 10 fold probably!
