Who collects what ?

In an attempt to create a new thread......

I collect Single Malt Scotch Whisky tin boxes. Yep, the things we all stuff nails, buttons etc. into and don't think twice about.

To date I have over 200 different "distillery issue" versions in my collection.

Sad, possibly.

Do any of you collect anything ?

Grey hairs, corals, fish tank plumbing bits, and Hash House Harriers special run tee-shirts (although I have had to dump a few of these lately).

For a while it looked like I was starting to collect pewter beer mugs but managed to put a halt to that.

I have a collection of model railway gear that I tell myself I will build a new layout for one day but that collection is not growing at present.

Ex- wives.

The collection is currently quite small as they're very expensive which is why I only have two.

LTD you did not expect any sensible answers from this lot did you?
I have managed to collect loads of pin badges not a collection so much as an assemblage. I have a collection of model cars 1/43 scale mainly, also many unmade Tamiya 1/20 F1 cars to be made up some time. My small collection of Lambretta scooters and spares is now almost all gone (many bargains still to be had). Winker

In fact, I think ther collector value is higher unbuilt.

Me? Beer coasters. It's easy, you pick up one or two everytime you are in the pub (except I goes to a pub roughly once a year)
