Martin,

I want to enjoy my system and don't want to work for it.
So I decided that only if my flat/72/140 will cook dinner for me - I'll look for the fuses in it.
I think that if the fuses story is so important, Naim should instruct the dealers and the dealers should instruct us.
Meantime, it seems to me that Naim dealer in Israel doesn't get too excitement of this fuse story and I trust him.
If he is wrong - Naim shold tell him he is !

Martin,

Where did you (or your dealer) source the new tweeters from? Did you go for the new Linn tweeters used in Ninka/Katan or did you go with something closer to the original?

Anders,

I put in SBL tweeters. (I heard of the new Linn tweeters whilst the job was already underway.)

Does anyone know how the sensitivity of the SBL Scanspeaks (model D2008/8511) compare with the standard Isobarik units (Hiqs or Scans)? I use an active crossover, so adjustment is not a problem. I just need an idea of where to start the adjustment process.

The new tweeters sound so different from the old ones that they do not provide an useful point of reference.

cheers, Martin
