Whilst looking for the meaning of a TLA I came across this french site, viewed translated it is quite ammusing how some of the translations work e.g. PIA = bread in the arse.
Well it kept me ammused for a few minutes.

Howard,
If I was going to the trouble and expense of putting bread in my arse I would want it to amuse me for more than a few minutes..

and my current favourite
GROLIIES.
Answers on a postcard please.
