New Naim AV Mini site
Posted by: Jay on 18 November 2004
Has anyone managed to check out the new AV mini site on the Naim Audio website?
Naim Audio AV mini site
I've tried 3 different browsers and get the same error message in each. "A script in Flash 7 is causing your mac to run slow and do you wish to abort?" Paraphrasing obviously

(Sorry made a poor reply here)
It would appear version 7 of flash is basically a butt surfer.
Download Version 6 here :

This one works flawlessly.

I blocked the Active/X (as always), and just got a blank box in the middle of the screen.
XP/SP2 Mozilla Firefox V1.0
cheers, Martin
E-mail:- MartinPayne (at) Dial.Pipex.com. Put "Naim" in the title.

Works for me on XP/SP2/IE6 but the suggested system 1 won't play any DVDs........

Jay,
Found the answer
Go here and you should be able to download the appropiate 'uninstaller' to get rid of version 7, then download version 6.
Worked for me - I can now see the site in Camino.

Works just fine with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0, Sp2 and flash 7. One small drawback is imho flash contributes nothing at all to the user experience when visiting this site.

Thanks JR, I have it all going now!
Doesn't look too bad at all. I like the "Star Warsesqe" section.
