They're one of my favorite '90s indie bands and often overlooked. Yesterday I blasted "On The Mouth" and "No Pocky For Kitty", my two favorites. "Precision Auto" was repeated several times.
Anyone who likes Husker Du and/or The Pixies should have some Superchunk.

I have No Pocky For Kitty on vinyl and you are right its an absolute stormer. I must dig it out as I haven't played it for ages.
Other bands I was listening to in that period were Cell, Love Battery, Pavement, and Fugazi.
I must play this stuff more often!

I also hadn't listened to them in ages. They were damn good at that muppet-rock sound- cool hooks, wailing vocals, neat riffs- power pop mastery!
Note: This is obviously something Alex G needs to buy immediately.
