Coheed and Cambria?

Heard one of their tracks on scuzz last night.. liked it so downloaded the album (in keeping secrets of silent earth) which I love so will buy.. yes.. honestly i will!!!

Any suggestions on bands that sound like them?

It's not a style that I can say I've heard before with the guys voice and the stuff they do in general..

Someone mentioned Rush.. heard of them but never heard their music
