Why do Naim maintain this Forum?

This is not a clever pointy finger comment, but a genuine question.

Is to to guage opinion and seek feedback? Is it just PR?

They must get fed up with some of the comments on here.

On the subject of "what use is the forum?". I was happy without a Hicap before I visited it! I'm sure Naims profits have been saved by it over the last few years.
