New Wembley Stadium

I checked the Wembley Stadium Website for the first time today. Hmmm, an interesting site. Maybe, just maybe we've got something right this time.
Other than the much publicised arch I don't think I appreciated just what the new Wembley had to offer. It looks like a giant spaceship but I have to say I'm surprised and impressed. I'll be even more impressed if it gets built on time.

Very impressive indeed.
I can't help wondering though exactly how 90,000 people are going to travel to the new stadium and how long it's going to take to get out again.

I flew into Heathrow a couple of months and could see the arch from the plane, yep it's bloody huge.

So a bit like a US or Canadian stadium, then. But without the parking.

It's hopefully going to be a big part of Beckhams life - is he buying it then?

They have trouble getting 8000 in for a concert how are they going to manage 90k for footy or Olympics(no chance).
Interesting comparison it took 2 + hours for us by car last time there and my mate from ex-work took 2+ hours on the train, he walked a long way and we sat in gridlock around wembley.
