That's the first time I've ever seen DBL's look relatively discreet, and blend into a room.
Are you pleased with the sound?

With a system as good as yours it seems churlish to point out potential improvements, but are you able to remove the bottom box from the CDS3 stack, and then move the 252 down one? You could also try replacing the glass on the empty shelves. I'd also try to move the box below the LP12. I think you'll find quite an improvement.

I agree with hungryhalibut and his improvements. An other improvement could be to mke the DBLs aktive with three NAP 500s.
Maybe al tittle bit of an overkill.

ps. have you noticed some hum ifvia the LP12/Prefix from the positioning of the power supply (I assume it's for the 552) just below the LP12.

This information was given to me by Geoff P...
I was given this site as a place to go for free hosting:
http://www.imageshack.us/The page comes up with a "browse" button and a "host it" button.
So "browse" to the file you waant then click on "host it". The file will be uploaded to the Imageshack site and a thumbnail version will be displayed along with a set of alternative hosting "strings" for different uses. Pick the first one in the list which is for hosting the full size image on forums, amd copy/paste that string which starts and finishes with the [IMG] statement straight into your e-mail (don't bother with the pic symbol you don't need to use it).
That's it. Image size is best kept down to 1024 x 680 pixels else it comes out too big, but the nice thing is you are not restricted to a miserly 50KB you are allowed much bigger files.
Even I can make it work...

The system set-up is locked around where the speaker cable exits the wall...the 500 has to live where it is. I had the 552 under the LP-12, but it was impossible to control with the remote from my listening chair so I moved it under the CDS3. The 552PS adds no audible hum or noise to the Prefix. My turntable sounds remarkably good...much better than the CDS3!
Active would be great, but I have an amazing sounding NAP500... better than any other I have heard. I don't have any urge to go active, not to mention I did not run additional NACA5 in the walls and the cost of Nap500x2+Snaxo+Supercap is out of my range.

Gee, thanks, it is actually a copy and given to me by a friend, but good for reading the morning paper in. Here's my little gnome friend that I was going to put in a garden one day but he just squats and listens to my system always with that sly grin.
